Australian owned, designed, and made, Derivan Painting Knives have been developed in collaboration with Australian plastics design experts and professional artists for artists of all grades and painting styles.

Constructed using the latest proven plastic technologies, Derivan painting knives have unsurpassed spring and response when handling thick heavy bodied paints (such as Matisse Structure Formula Acrylics and MM2 Impasto Medium).

Derivan Painting Knives have all the benefits of traditional metal knives, however, they clean up more easily, the handle will not separate from the blade, and they do not rust!

New! Derivan Liquid Pencil Sets

The new Liquid Pencil set of twelve 12ml tubes, contains all six colours of Liquid Pencil in permanent and rewettable. Liquid Pencil will allow you to create authentic graphite pencil effects and pencil sketches using a liquid. In addition to neutral grey, each coloured shade has a definite graphite colour with undertones such as blue, yellow, red and sepia. The rewettable formula allows you to remove areas using water, as in watercolour techniques, or a traditional eraser can be used.
